Returns and Refunds Policy for International Orders

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the day the parcel is marked as delivered to the recipient.

After 14 days from the delivery date, it will no longer be possible to request a return.

Conditions for Requesting a Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- unused;
- in the same condition in which it was received;
- complete with the original tag.

To complete the return request, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

A refund will not be possible in the following cases:

- items not returned in their original condition;
- damaged items;
- items returned after the 14-day period from delivery.

Returns sent without prior communication will not be accepted.

Return and Refund Methods

The customer may choose between two return methods.

1. Refund via Online Store Credit

In case of a refund via credit to be used on our online store, the customer may choose to use our return shipping service.

The return shipping fee is not fixed and varies depending on the country from which the return is made, as shown in the table below:

The refund will be issued as store credit that can be used on our website. The amount will be equal to the price paid for the returned items, minus the return shipping fee.

The store credit:
- can be used on the entire website;
- is valid for 2 months from the date of issue;
- can also be used for items purchased with discounts, sales and/or promotions.

2. Monetary Refund

By choosing a monetary refund, the customer must arrange the return shipment independently through a courier of their choice.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method and will be equal to the price paid for the returned items, minus a 1% deduction for refund handling and restocking costs.

The shipping costs for returning the parcel are borne by the customer, according to the rates applied by the chosen courier.

This option does not apply to items purchased with discounts, sales and/or promotions.

Shipping Costs

For both return methods, any original shipping costs paid at the time of the order are non-refundable.

In case of loss, failed delivery or damage to the returned parcel by the courier chosen by the customer, it will not be possible to issue a refund.

Items Purchased on Sale or Promotion

Items purchased on sale, on promotion or with special discounts are not eligible for a monetary refund.

For these items, returns can only be made through the issue of online store credit.

The only exception is the use of the welcome discount code -10%, which is not included in this limitation. In this case, the customer may also choose a monetary refund, provided that the item meets all the return conditions stated above.
